  • What if my shirt, colour, size or item is SOLD OUT?
    If your desired item is not available you can always email us to see when new stock is arriving or subscribe to our mailing list for deals, news and promotions.
  • What if my order is delayed?
    If your order will be delayed, we will email you promptly to let you know when you should expect your order.
  • How do I pay by e.transfer instead of credit card?
    If you would like to pay for your purchase by e.transfer kindly send the total amount with shipping to info@jeremiahfiremerch.com. We will confirm payment and order details.
  • What if my church wants to place a custom order?
    We are thrilled to accept custom orders for events, church conferences, staff events, kids church and more. Kindly email us directly with your order expectations, ideas & logo, quantity and we can provide a quote, which will be honored for 30 days.
  • If I live locally, can I pick up my order?
    Yes, we currently offer local pick-up at our Mahogany SE Calgary location. Our products can also be picked up at Rocky Mountain Calvary Chapel bookstore on Sundays (when arranged).
